This is the first day I practice my praise and worship team for youth camp. The Youth Camp was on 21 up to 23 October. I have to play the bass for the group and we play for two sessions, while the other group was only one session. The other members are Alvin and Abhi on Drum, Pak Agung and Ryan on Guitar, and Bu Fera, Bu Detty, and Bu Nalia as singers.
There was only me, Alvin, Bu Fera, and Pak Agung that did the practice today, because the other have something to do that is more important. So we start our practice by playing Bapa' Sentuh Hatiku. The next song is Hidupku Takkan Sama and then the last song for the day is Running After You.

Service: SPH Student Council 09/10 (29-30/09)

Today is the first day that I do my first service for CAS which is to be a part of SPH Student Council 09/10. This two-days meeting is called Planning Day, where we, student council, supervisor, and several leader of the school gather and plan how we going to do throughout the year. The first day was mostly about how to be a student council, a servant leader if I may say. There are some outside speaker that come to told us about leadership.
The second day was what we call a real planning. We plan each events that we want to do. Basically we just plan when the events going to be. For the detail planning of a certain events is when the events is about to begin. Even though it is some kind of boring stuffs, I enjoyed to be a part of an organization where I can learn how to deal with other people.

Today is the inauguration of our grade's student council. I was one of the student council because I was picked by the president, Mayang P Irsan, to become a fund raising coordinator. To start our duty as a role model of SPH students. We have a flag ceremony, a short one. This symbolize the change in student council, the replacement for the present one. We, as a team, glad to have the opportunity to be a student council of SPH.

Today there quite a few of us that practicing. Because some of us are also joining basketball practice and drama production. So we ended up only three of us that practicing.
So the solution is we are practicing our technique in handling ball. By dribbling, stopping, and passing. It may sound simple but it is so hard to keep the ball the way you want. The coach told us that if we master this stuffs, it is easier for us to handle the ball that make us probably win.
And we also decided to move Thursday practice to Friday. So people that join basketball practice still can practice soccer twice a week

Today we do teamwork training. Basically we were divide into two groups, offensive and defensive. I went to defensive group. The goal of defensive team is to defend the goal so the offensive team will not get score. We have to use teamwork to be success in this training. After several time, we change side. To end this training, we do another match. And I end up losing 2-3.

This is my first time counting my CAS time in practicing soccer. The soccer practice is twice a week in Monday and Thursday. I really love being a part of SPH soccer team and in addition that this activities can be count as CAS, now I even more love to being a part of SPH soccer team.
Basically we, as a team, are practicing our stamina and teamwork. To train our stamina, basically we have to be tired. We called this training, a physical training. Usually, we have to run around the soccer field, move behind cones, zig-zag running, and many other tiring activities. To end this training, usually we play a short match. We divided into two teams. And at the end of match, my team was winning 5-3.
