Action: Badminton Practice

Running out of activity on Wednesday afternoon where I got plenty of time for free time make me bored. I saw one of my friend that went to the gym for a badminton practice. So I join them.
I am not a beginner on badminton sports. I know the basic skills on playing it. I am pretty confidence of my skills on it. So without any warming up I just hit the field and start playing like a pro. In conclusion, I can stand up until the match is done. I am running out of stamina. I do not have any strategy on playing the badminton. I just make sure that I hit the shuttle cocks and it does not drop on my area so my opponent won't gain any point.

After the practice, all I can feel is my body is totally hurt because I did not warm up. Even though I play soccer as another sports. There are several muscles that I do not exercise on when playing soccer and it is the first time that that muscle is got exercise. Now I am aware how much important is warming up before doing any sport activity is.
